  • Notes
    • From FindaGrave

Agnes passed away peacefully after an extended illness at Grace Manor Assisted Living under the tender care of their staff and Halifax Hospice. Aggie lost both of her parents at an early age and since she was the youngest and an infant, she was raised by her Godparents, Paul and Elsie Urbelis. She was lucky to have two large, loving families growing up. After high school, Aggie worked as a clerk for the Texaco Company in Manhattan. She married Jim Hall and they were transferred to MacDill AFB in Tampa in 1951. Aggie was a devoted homemaker and loving mother and grandmother. She was a member of the Garden Club of Tampa, a girl scout leader, a hospital volunteer, and a cafeteria volunteer at St. Patrick Elementary School. She enjoyed reading, needlework, gardening, fishing, walking on the beach, viewing sunsets, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was also a proud Lithuanian. Aggie later moved to Satsuma and attended St. Monica Catholic Church. She was a member of the Ladies Guild and the St. James the Lesser Small Christian Community. Her faith in God was inspirational.

Aggie was preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years, Jim Hall; her parents, John and Mary Bartkus; four brothers, John Bartkus, Jr, Frank Bartkus, Charlie Bartkus, and Joey Bartkus; and two sisters, Mary LaMont, and Anna Bauer.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Lisa Hall and husband Michael Grina of Wesley Chapel, and daughter, Karen and husband Bob Lee of Satsuma, along with three wonderful grandchildren, Jason, Liz, and Sarah.
