Rev. E. A. Hodil, the pastor, officiated. Only the immediate families and a few intimate friends of the bride and bridegroom were included in the guest list. There were no attendants. The bride wore her traveling suite of darl blue cloth and a corsage bouguet of yellow orchids and roses. Immediately after the ceremony an informal reception was held in the home of the bride in Church street. Mrs. Davidson was educated at the Kent School place, Summit, N. J., and is a prominent member of the younger social set of Uniontown. She is also well known in Connellsville. Lieutenant Davidson is one of the most widely known young men of Connellsville. He was graduated from Princeton, a member of the class of 1908 and previous to entering military service he was chief engineer for the Davidson Coal and Coke company, near Port Marion. Within the last week he was discharged from the United States Army, having been stationed at Camp Humphries, Va., with the Second Engineers' Training regiment which has just been mustered out. Lieutenant and Mrs. Davidson left this afternoon for a two weeks' honymoon trip, returning home before Christmas. Among the out of town guests at the wedding were Mr. and Mrs. Charles Davidson, parents of the bridegroom, Mrs. James B. Hogg and Mrs. Eastman Hackney of Connellsville and Mrs. Harry Mitchell of Pittsburg, a sister of Lieutenant Davidson. Today's is the thrid wedding in the bride's family within the year. December 1, 1917, Captain Eastman Hackney of the 327th Regiment of the 82nd Division, stationed in France, was married to Miss Elizabeth Pendleton of this city, and on February 11, 1918, Miss Virginia Hackney was married in Uniontown to Lieutenat William Wright Tanney, a member of the 28th Aero Squadron and, since his capture by the Germans, has been in an unknown prison camp. • Margaret Edith Davidson Wears Sister's Bridal Gown When Wed to Richard R. Pharr.

At a small but lovely home wedding at 3:30 o'clock this afternoon, Margaret Edith Davidson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William J. Davidson became the bride of Richard Ruddell Pharr, son of Mr. and Mrs. Telford Ruddell Pharr, of Morgantown, W. Va., in the presence of immediate members of the two families and a few close friends.

John Kiferle, violinist, played Wagner's "Bridal March" from "Lohengrin" as the wedding party entered the living room where the ceremony was solemnized, Bond's "I Love You Truly" during the single ring service, read by Dr. Harry R. Roach, pastor of the Presbyterian Church of Apollo, and Mendolssohn's "Bridal March" from "Midsummer Night's Dream" for the recessional. Dr. Roach is a former pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of this city.

Marriage vows were repeated before a large window which was banked with an artistic arrangement of bouquets of white lilies, white snap dragons and white carnations with vases of trailing ivy introducing a touch of green into the decorative motif. All of the rooms were made attractive with vases of the same flowers.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride was lovely in a white gown and fingertip veil of French illusion which were worn by her sister, Mrs. Dickinson Shields, Jr., of Sewickley, at her wedding.

Clark Huffman of Peoria, Ill., served as the bridegroom's best man.

The wedding was supplemented by a small reception in the Davidson home. Centering the beautifully appointed dining room table was a large tiered wedding cake topped with a diminutive bridal couple flanked on either side by slender white tapers in solver candalabra. Garlands of fern encircled the base of the cake.

A member of one of Connellsville's prominent families, the bride is well known socially. She was graduated from the local High School and Connecicut College at New London, Conn.

The bridegroom is a graduate of West Virginia University at Morgantown, W. Va., and is a veteran of World War Two, having served as a captain in the U. S. Marine Corps. He is engaged in the life insurance business at Morgantown.

After the reception, Mr. and Mrs. Pharr left for a honeymoon trip to the Pocono Mountains. On their return, they will be at home in Richmond street at Morgantown.

For travelling, the bride chose a dark blue linen dres...

The rehearsal dinner was given Tuesday evening at the Pleasant Valley Country Club.
