• Notes

  "Went south" according to the Tracy Genealogy, however Mark found their burial location in the Orr family cemetery. He was commissioned a Colonel of the Militia, and also served in the North Carolina House of Commons [House of Representatives] in the 1829-30 and 1830-31 sessions. He died from injuries received by the running away of a team of horses he was driving while on his way to market in South Carolina.
