  	BISCOE - Ruth Martin Jackson, 86, of 3619 Hwy. 24-27 East, died Sat., Jan. 6, 1996 at Moore Regional Hospital, Pinehurst, N.C. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, Jan. 8 at Biscoe Presbyterian Church, Biscoe, N.C. Jim Williams will officiate. Burial will be in Biscoe Cemetery. A native of Montgomery Co., she worked for Montgomery Co. School System in food service. She was a member of Biscoe Presbyterian Church where she taught Sunday school for over 30 years. Survivors include one son, Robert Dewey Jackson of Biscoe; one daughter, Mrs. Mason (Betty) Dunlap of Charlotte; three sisters, Blanche Martin, Jessie Miller and Pearl Stewart, all of Biscoe; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren. The family will receive friends 7-8:30 p.m. Sunday at Phillips Funeral Home, Star, N.C. Memorials may be sent to Biscoe Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 638, Biscoe, N. C. 27209.
